Aqui podeis ver este fragmento de una actuación de Manfred Mann para la televisión holandesa, donde interpretan su hit "MIGHTY QUINN" en un edificio que evoca al Chicago de los años 30. La propia vestimenta del presentador ya remite a la era de los gangsters, muy de moda en 1968 por el éxito de la película "Bonnie and Clyde". Recordemos que, por aquel entonces, los Artwoods también intentaron explotar esta faceta, trasvestidos de gangsters en la portada de su último single y rebautizando su formación como The St. Valentine's Day Massacre.
Pese a que no está el video completo, es un material bastante dificil de encontrar y creo que lo bastante cool como para merecer su inclusión en el hipersaturado bazar audiovisual del Youtube.

Interesting ~ same set in Amsterdam as Love Affair - Rainbow Valley (1968) also on YT. In that set the girls have machine guns ~ don't know the relevance of m/c guns with rainbow valleys. At least here, one girl has an eskimo hood. The double negative and the 'cup of meat' in this song used to jar with me tho' it's a great Dylan song. Apparently inspired by A. Quinn's acting as an Eskimo in a 1959 movie. Deserved No 1 in UK. Elton before Elton ha ha and those pesky dutch camera angles!
