  • too much lumbar hyperextension, the ball should be a bit closer to the wall so that the lever is longer. Pause and stabilize, don't bounce using the elastic qualities of the ball

  • I purchased this ball yesterday and it say's 250 weight limit. I weigh 256 will it still hold up well!? Thank you for your time and please respond ASAP!
