This video will be showing you how to create a fancy headband, perfect for special occasions, such as prom and weddings. You can also personalize it, with different accessories and details to suit your personality.

What you'll need:
1 Basic wide headband
1 Yard (cotton is best) fabric
1 Yard Tulle
Beads (or rhinestones)
Some fake flowers
Hot glue-gun
Scrap bits of lace (optional)
Scissors
