This movie shows end results from micro scale home cultivation of Shiitake mushroom. You can see dried Shiitake after harvesting spores on a Spore Print. Then Mycelium on PSA PotatoeSaccharoseAgar medium, Mycelium on Wheat Grain, and finaly Shiitake Mycelium on Enriched Sawdust.

I have produced only mycelium so far , and I dont know how it tastes! but shiitake mushrooms have rich taste.
