Don't really understand why you would have to keep it @ 130MBPS if u have G devices linked. I have G & N devices linked to my WNR3500 & I have it set @ 300MBPS.

ok so i recently upgraded to this router and i have in my home my ps3 n xbox 360 slim model running on this router....since the ps3 only has 802.11 b/g n the new xbox can use 802.11b/g/n networks do u recommend i switch the settings for the 2.4GHz band to 130 Mbps or keep it at 300?? (it is set for 300mbps now n the ps3 runs jus fine on it from what i can tell.)

i've got the exact router, but whats the login password to it? admin/password doesnt work, neither does passwords like 0000 or 1234

@Axesss From Netgear:
We only support 2 user accounts - admin and guest. The password of "admin" is the same as your password for web GUI login, the default password of it is "password".

i dont know why but ive followed all your settings to the letter yet my internet speed is bipolar sometimes its fast sometimes its slow can you tell me why is it my internet provider or is it me idk what i did wrong but if you do know please tell me why and i have clear as a provider for internet

@bobnguyen70 You can try upgrading to the latest firmware (make sure you save your settings though, so you don't have to go through the setup again). If that doesn't help, you can just reset the router and start over from the default settings. Could also just be performance issues on your ISP side.

hello, is it normal that my 2.4GHz range is way bigger than my 5Ghz ?

@mathieuvp1 Yes, it is normal. The 5GHz will be faster with a smaller radius.
