@RymaeRegz Oh' come on! Stop acting as if you were shrinking.. That doesn't help you.. Believe me.. Now, I suggest you try this diet solution found in this site WeightLossAction.Info.. I myself tried it and it really did great results.. I don't want you feel hopeless because I was once like you at that time.. So don't loose hop girl.. :)

Congrats! BUt I do want to say something..
My mom got Lapband a few years ago and it has given her nothing but trouble. She has been in an out of hospitals. But just because it didt work for her, doesnt mean it wont for anyone else.

@LisaSnicket well,, i must say that i tried the natural way for years and I did not happen..I am so happy it has been 2 years and my weight is the same. Perhaps if you are having trouble on your journey you should consider other measures. I was over 300lbs for over 10 years something had to give..unfortunately i had to consider surgery because i tried everything. Now i am a marathon runner could not have done it without my hard work and the help of my band.

@dkcmusic well it was done through 5 small incisions in my belly. the scars are not bad..

I am getting ready to have mine in a few weeks and everyone is against me having it my husband my mom and my other family members I was really scared at first but now Iam ready and I am not scared but I don't want it to be problems with my family and me

@chevygurl510 well you need to really do whats best for you..any surgery is very scary..Remember for most of us this is one of the first thing that we really do for ourselves. It has truly changed my life.
