On Life & Enlightment - THE DALAI LAMA

'On Life and Enlightment' explores Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhism in all its various manifestations. This 5-part program takes you to the upper reaches of the Himalaya's and across thousands of miles to go inside of the thriving monasteries in Tibet and India. You will witness the spiritual journeys and that the thousands of Buddhist monks undergo in their rigorous training and spectacular ancient rituals. The path to enlightenment is presented through these insightful teachings and techniques

He is the Prince of PEACE, if you want peace then He is your answer. You don't have to meditate for hours & hold-close to the scriptures of Buddha-its all vanity(vain).
