@Justprayfirst I think we are capable of killing ourselves off but not the planet. We must balance our needs with the resources here but I dont believe that the animals are as bothered with our presence as you may think. Most animals live in a would full of noise and disruption, with or without us. The common animals show no signs of extra stress from us just from our boats and helicopters and cars. You should start a campaign to depopulate the earth of humans. You could start by having no kids.

@Justprayfirst - I agree, and why stop there? We should ban all cars, or any form of transportation that cant be done with out bothering wildlife and that includes walking. Do you realize the destruction that we are taking part in just by using the power to post on here? I use to think that we were awfully arrogant to believe that we, as humans could destroy the earth, something thats been here millions of years and recovered numinous times from forces that we can barely grasp. Not now though

Helicopter rides over the islands should be illegal as well as the ban on boating off the Southwest side of the island during the orca feeding season. We need to quit harrassing the whales and wildlife of the islands with our presence.
