Dr. Marissa Vignali - Staff scientist in Seattle BioMed's Malaria Program

Vignali was always interested in biology, and in college she became fascinated with understanding the molecular principles of cell function. When she moved to Seattle for her postdoctoral program, Vignali was exposed to the lively global health research community here and decided to apply the knowledge she had acquired to discovering solutions to malaria.
