  • Flaggius, I have always considered "The Ryche" to be one of the greatest Metal Bands of all time, and I have ALWAYS considered "Operation Mindcrime" to be "THE GREATEST METAL/ROCK ALBUM OF ALL TIME!"

23 years later - I STILL LOVE IT!!!!

You have posted and DONE GREAT WORK, promoting Queensryche's videos and music!

Good job! Keep up the good work!

  • @rduquet thanks man! Yeah they're really an amazing band, proud to have uploaded these videos :D Ryche forever!

  • i was just curious if anyone knows why degarmo is no longer with the band?

  • EMI went bankrupt at the time he left so they had to use their own money to finance the remainder of the tour, which was the Hear in the Now Frontier tour, 1997. I also heard that Tate became seriously ill during this tour and they had to cancel concert dates for the first time. Hear in the Now Frontier didnt sell very well either, so I guess that's why he left. The band members have cited burnout and a desire to pursue interests outside of Queensrÿche as reasons for his departure, I heard.

  • @Phrygiandom I remember buying the tape (yes, the tape) back in '88 (Mindcrime was my introduction to them) and listening to it obsessively. Then I saw them live in November 1991, with seats pretty much front and center; it was awesome.
