Early Thursday morning detectives with Spokane's gang unit executed a warrant on a gang member's home where the tenant got a rude awakening courtesy of the SWAT Team.

If criminals were punished the way they shud be, not thrown in a cell for a timeout, we wud have a lot less problems no doubt especially in prisons and we wudnt be wasting money on feeding them ect.

Think it's funny how everyone bitches about the way police do their job. The guy is a convicted felon. Selling dope around these homes where I'm sure kids live. Do you really think this guy is gonna turn himself in or answer the door if they would have knocked? It's called the element of surprise. These men and women risk their lives to save yours. Have some damn respect.

I think alot of times alot of REALLY bad people are let loose (probation for child molestors) on society just to scare people into giving up freedoms. There are plenty of things that can get you a felony charge besides murder.-- Everyone out there should look at their states list of crimes that can get you a felony charge and seriously think if it warrants such a charge or if youve ever been guilty of one.

felons had weapons before 1968? or so. George washington was a felon...just not convicted. We have a right to bear arms in this country no matter who you are. The right to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. The felon bs is just another way to infringe upon our liberties.I would suggest that people look at their own states felon violations and see if you have ever been guilty of one of them.----If everyone is a felon then no one will be allowed to have weapons.

@straydogg13 Is your 10 year old nephew a convicted felon? If not, then no problem. If you're a convicted felon, you broke the social contract which is part of your citizenship of the USA. As part of that broken contract, you no longer have the right to possess firearms.

watching this makes me want to throw up. I am a grown man with no felonies and these "swat" members are the ones that should be locked up. I fear them more than i fear the so called gang member.This man may go to prison for having a .22 bullet? WTF. My 10 yr old nephew has .22 bullets. We had a revolution in this country to stop this kind of behavior from the british and sadly it looks like we will be having another one.--- if you give up your freedom for security you will have niether.
