  • Powerful scene.

  • Don't blame Peter. He was only human, filled with human frailties, doubts and fears.

  • It is kind of sad that His best and most disciple and friend denied Him. But he didn't sold Him for money lke Judas Iscariot. Peter is forgiven, he is a martyr. "Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends". Makes you think of your own friends. At the same time it makes you think about the unconditional love of the Lord and how He is willing to forgive you over and over again. He doesn't look at our mistakes, but at the pureness of our heart and good will.

  • christians didnt tell John hes was being broadcasted

  • @alexmetista 'I know not whether the man be a sinner or not, I only know that once I was blind and now I see'.

  • @zxc123as1

Yes, I felt so bad for Peter, who not only tried his very best by pledging to follow Christ unto death, and then facing his fear and realizing that Christ's words about denying him were true, and feeling so ashamed. But lets also remember it was Peter who defended Christ with a sword to keep him from harm. Personally I would have ran those soldiers through with that sword, but then there might have been no redemption from sin. Peter was the most valiant, regardless.

  • I can only imagine how many souls have been saved trough this movie, and God does it in very strange ways: He picked a very talented but imperfect man to make this movie...

  • @Greenandscaly Agree. He also repented after.

  • it's hard not no cry when Jesus stares at Peter, his best friend who is blinded by fear. My father how many times have I turn my back on you too? could you forgive me?

  • WoW im, sorry but this scene is inaccurate .The bible also says that Peter began to curse and Swear.lol
