  • This is awesome! I have both cars, and love em both for different reasons...I love my s2000, but my FD is def in a world of its own...and both are modified as well. Anyway really enjoyed the vid. lol

  • Apologies for grammar, posted from phone

  • Cheaper to achieve a reliable 400HP with f20c.... Hahahaha! That had to be a joke. 400HP 13b totally is simple as f..k. Anyone with more than half a brain (a rare occurrence these days) can peeve together a solid 13b easily capable of a reliable 400hp. Cost me sfa to do. (fc block) Reliability, well my track record speaks for itself- circuit work, not gay drag racing or pansy street car.

  • stupid s2k owners

  • @thaboss32 It would be astronomically cheaper to achieve a reliable 400+whp with an F20c rather than a 13b...nuff said.

  • @mucura1 im a fan of enigne swaps but i mean i dont see the point from a money stand point to pay money to take out a 13b or 20b just to put in a 4 cyl and mod it to get the same performance, it would seem smarter to just mod the rotary with reliable parts and not abuse it

  • @thaboss32 Me do that if i owned a FD? probably not. The 4 banger will put out the same power but it will be more reliable and idiot proof. It will still rev very high and maintaing the great balance the fd has. It will also get better gas mileage. I personally wouldnt change the engine on a FD to a f20c (as i dont like engine swaps) but there are clear advantages to doing so. Something to think about too if you dont want the hassle of a rotary.

  • @mucura1 you would really take a twin turbo 2 or 3 rotor out and put a naturally aspirated 4 banger?

  • The s2000 is extremely similar to the FD. If you own a FD and want a newer car s2000 is the way to go. Alternatively you could also do a f20c swap on a FD. I have seen it done. You get similar performance without the hassle of maintenance of a rotary. Anyway you slice it. The FD has a much more demanding maintenance than the honda and are more prone to failure. Fact. You cant really spin that. Both are fun cars.

  • hahaha this is hilarious.
