u had me going there guy! until i found out the guy was not using a f**** real firewood oven!!! Come'on now! i don't care how busy you are you must keep your oven like 20yrs ago as he stated!!! GET THE F*** OUT OF HERE... key in making the best of any dough cooking is a real firewood oven!

I live right across the street from this place and always walk passed it and it strangely attracted me to look at it when I walk by. I should stop by next time.

Just had it two days ago while I was in vegas. Was ok not as great as it was made out to be though. I think the chef is different now too
