they say that hair is at its weakest when wet and you should wait until your hair is dry before combing it. The less you comb the better off because it actually encourages breakage and weakens hair since the hair is dead cells the only living part of the hair is with in the scalp anything you see is dead there for fragile. and comb from the bottom to the top. Work through the tangles don't force the comb through. My cousin and friend both work with hair professionally just friendly tips :)

I cowash and deep condition after twice a week. It has really helped me. My hair is very well moisturised after. It works for me as my hair was always so dry. The cowashing has really helped me keep my hair moisturised and therefore the ends of my hair as not constantly breaking off and I'm seeing length. I guess everyone will have to try it and see if it works for them.
