Here, see when I click tools, even onna blank page, I cant click Internet options, its like blocked out, the only 1's i can click r 'Re-open last browsing session.' 'Pop-up blocker.' 'Compatibility view settings.' And 'Suggested sites.' :o please help meh.

every day two or three times a box shows up top left corner of my screen saying deleting history and deletes everything anyone know how to disable that? it pisses me off
