Innovation in Teaching: Adding the Personal Touch to an Online Course

Whitney Bischoff is the Texas Organization of Baccalaureate and Graduate Nurse Education (TOBGNE) 2008 Excellence in Teaching Award Winner. This YouTube video is part of her dissemination plan to share her award-winning ideas with others who teach online courses. Dr. Bischoff is an Associate Professor Nursing at Texas A&M International University in Laredo, Texas and these are strategies she developed for the pre-nursing course: Cultural Determinants of Health Behavior.
