Israeli TV: An Honest Arab in Lebanon? No Way...

The Israeli racist mentality crops up in a show on Israeli TV Channel 10 about a woman in South Lebanon winning half-a-million dollars in the Lebanese lottery.
On January 3, 2008, two Israeli TV anchors were interviewing a reporter for Arab affairs when the anchorwoman asked the reporter, Hezi Shem Tov, why this is a newsworthy event - and that's when the racist remarks surface.

* Can you imagine an American TV broadcaster saying "and we'll bring you a story tonight that shows that sometimes even Jews can be honest"?
* I bet most Israelis would shrug their shoulders and say about this clip - "what's the big deal?"

OMG! a stupid Israeli anchor said that Lebanese people are dishonest! to the Guillotine! So what if she said that? She is a stupid woman hosting a morning show. I don't know what's a "morning show" in your country, but in ours it means "a show that nobody watches". I live in Israel and I've never heard of that show.

Wow, that's the best you've got? Try watching Arab television sometime and see if you can stomach the vile filth some of their TV personalities spout out about Jews. What this woman said is wrong as can be and I hope she got punished for making a blatantly racist statement, but if you're really so against racial prejudice, start where it's worst: in the Arab media.

@Finalfreedom7 I just don't see Russia going into an alliance with Iran when the population isn't pro-Muslim, Also about china, they have very strong ties now..not in the 1940's which is probably when your textbooks were made, China was for sanctions against Iranian uranium enrichment For nuclear weapons purposes because Israel wanted them to,I also doubt that the Muslim states would be for teaming with Russia especially after a 7 year old Muslim was murdered in Russia for being Muslim.

incidentally there is a huge Russian community in Lebanon, many Russian women marry Lebanese men both Christians and Muslims.
