There is no documentary or archeological evidence of any kind that supports Muslim claims that Mecca was an ancient city or the center of the trading routes for Arabia in the seventh century and before. In fact, all such evidence proves such claims to be nothing but nonsense. Abraham never knew Mecca because it didn’t exist when he was alive.
