Warning: I do not condone stringing at ultra-high tension. This video is just to show you the current limits of badminton technology.

I string a Panda Power Ultra badminton racket at 41lbs. with Ashaway's ZyMax 70 (ZM70) string. The main strings = 40lbs., cross strings = 42lbs. Note: on the first cross pull, I pull two strings at once at "only" 35lbs. Then the next few crosses I increase to 40lbs. and finally on about the 6 cross, I switch to 42lbs. This was to minimize frame damage and get the frame, as close as possible, to the original, unstrung shape. Depending on the side supports and machine, the stringing method may vary.
