I have it, and it's very easy to use, and fun, too! Don't get it if you get dizzy easily, because you will be rocking back and forth. Otherwise, I definitely recommend it. The workouts that I got for it are relatively short, but very effective. Good luck! = )

This looks like a fun way to get some cardio workout while improving balance. Keeping yourself stable on unstable surfaces is a great way to strengthen the core muscles and can prevent injury.
