@TheKen43316 I have 2 disagree with u there. The more leg extension, the more "hang-time" if you will, the faster her arm can come through. There's nothing worse than a pitcher who is already resisting while there arm hasn't even started arm whip. Now, I can agree with you, that some bad habits may start from her locking her leg out at extension i.e. not landing toe-heel, not being able 2 resist thus loosing the whipping action, etc. But! if she can do it with her leg locked out then dont fix it

she should start practicing with a 12 inch ball so she can be in 12u. she looks great, make sure she ices her arm. it really helps!

Very nice, if she would not come up so high with her foot it would put her in better timing. She is reaching circle peak to early! Guarentee 50 mph with this slight change. That being said this is the only girls video at 9 yr old that I think is very close to having the right mechanics, certainly a future super star.
