I'm at a loss for words. I'll do my best to explain why this video hits me so hard. I grew up in Seth Boyden housing projects from 1950 to approximately 1970. For the most part the hallways were spotless, the tenents took turns cleaning the hallways themselves. Whats happened! Is it because the days, the majority of tenants were italian or jews (with many blacks)? I don't think thats it. Theres been a breakdown in nieghborhoods due to drug use and tenants don;t care along with the govt. SAD
