da third verse is about paul wall wen he says look closer and see a coward who uses his smile as power gleam as a smoke screen and the reason i kno its paul wall is because he said ex bestfriend

in the second verse the friend she was explaining was paul wall, if you listen closely after she said she doesnt care if the police is listening she jumped right back into elaborating about the friend(paul wall) and evidently she's speaking of a fight between cham and paul.. jus listen closely to after she says "i dnt really give a damn whos listening"

there is actually 3 stories to this song, 1st verse is about her hintin and tellin cham bout how her and chamz friend meet and hit it off without sayin itz chamz dude, 2nd verse is chams friend cheating on her, 3rd verse is she cheated on chamz friend as retalliation caught aids in the process and passed it on to chamz boy (long story short)
