@dtvfan24 once the card has been activated then there is no need to go into the installer menu unless the customer wants to turn on the rf 2 power supply for a tv i link. just so you know every time you unplug your sky box and plug it back in it does a channel scan and reboots the system, so why go into the menu that sky have hiden because they dont want numptys to play around with the setting and screwing things up.

The installer menu allows u to reset your sky box and you can install your sky box without the need for a service visit. This will allow your sky box to rescan for channels and reboot if there are any problems
