This recently discovered documentary by Sarah de Beach follows Sam Haggerty and fellow members of The Mutoid Waste Company building a sculptural float for the Notting Hill Carnival in the early 1990s - then going toe to toe with the Po Po when they say, "No no, you can't go." But they still went. Mutate or Die!
