Anyone Reading this the onlyway i got myn to fly more than 30 seconds was to install the 180L brushless motor and 30A ESC, but for the cost and trouble get a belt cp v2, IN short tho todo the upgrade cut the middle wire on the thr servo wire from the esc and wire the esc power leads with that of the 4 and one and connect to battery

Ur problem is 3D Flying button.
Close it , It 'll fly.

mine does the same the first time i try to fly it. it wont get off the ground and always goes left. then i adjusted the pitch of the blade and change to lipo batt. i can fly it now. just give continues right stick on take off to counter the laft motion.

check the switches in the back of the tx. the correct placement can be found in the manual.

im not sure if you always do this...but you need to give the propellers time to speed up a get lift...and also helicopters can be hard to keep steady during lift off.... are you getting no feed back from the heli or you just cant control...control comes over time, thats all i can say

Ive got teh 370SD Brushed Motor as well (still stock), and am thining that may be a contributor to my problem as well.. (waiting to upgrade to BL system also)...
I am wondering how well you balanced, tracked, and set your blade PITCH on your 22e?
That has been a bit of a battle on mine as well.. one day fine, next day NOT.
I think it is something i am doing, as my other one (after repairs) is having a similar problem as well, have to watch more instr. vids from Finless, heh:) Cheers!

I got the same thin as well my walkera stays on the ground with no lift please help me out i want to get it fixed
-
Will try both
heh, same here bro, i have 22e, CNC head, it wont lift off the ground either, with a little motor moving (it was to close to the gear, making it to tight of a free spin on the blades), it "starts" to lift, and DIVES LEFT, thats as far as i took it, dont need more repairs on something that i cant enjoy .. yet
Any suggestions? Have your solved yours? what else have you tried? Brushless or Brushed? Thanks, i am sure MANY 22e owners have had this problem.

i still dont have the lift fixed but i got the controlls. Im using a brushed motor that quite frankly may have just burned out. I havnt bothered to get a new one because a lot of other stuff has been going on

I got the controls sorted, but im still having trouble with the lift. The controls being backwards was because of the dimm switches on the back
