This rosemary garlic steak recipe is tenderized with kosher salt, seasoned with spices and pan seared in a cast iron skillet to lock in those flavorful juices.

Rosemary and garlic compliment each other so well which I why I love pairing them up in steak recipes. Saute' onion rings to top on the steaks!

  • damn it takes alot to cook a steak, LOL!! I don't eat steak so I never cooked it before, but I will be trying this recipe. Thanks for sharing!!!

  • @derekandkeyasha01 omg I use to be sooooo scared to cook steak. I don't know why it intimated me but it did (as well as fried chicken lol) It can be cooked so many ways. Sometimes I just throw it on the foreman and call it a day.

  • Monique, thank for you this. I have certainly learn how to cook a PERFECT steak. Not in love with the rosemary seasoning through ... it made the steak taste a little like chicken ... it was still good through. I will use your "technique" forever! Thank you.

  • @indigolady52 _now see I thought the longer it sit AFTER cooking the more tough it would become. I always try to eat mine straight out the pot while its still moist
