This is not your regular Tummy Reducing Exercise since it doesn't include any crunches, sit-ups or cardio but you will find it trains your abs really hard and it only takes 6 minutes.

  • I don't have a ball either. But I used a rolling chair for the first exercise, and you can just put your hands on a table or something for the mountain climber ^ ^ Great exercises, thank you for the advice!
