This video introduces you to the field side of our revolutionary tea manufacturing concept which we have 'pioneered' in the Nilgiri Hills in South India.

This Greenfield project operates out of 40 acres of prime clonal area located at an elevation of 6,500 Ft. which is certified organic. Prime quality leaf harvested from this picture perfect natural setting is fed into a purpose built 'bouTEAque Tea Factory' located on Coonoor Estate.

The bouTEAque factory, a labour of love and over 35 years tea experience handles, converts this leaf to produce an array of VERY 'different' Teas. The teas being so dramatically different from teas from any other origin or location do not conform to any 'standard' grading system. We have, therefore, HAD to resort to the vernacular to coin a 'different' nomenclature which actually describes the physical appearance of each of the teas, which are:

Black Teas
Kali Zulph = which translates into Black Braids
Kala Moti = Black Pearls

Semi Oxidised Tea
Hari Ghatta = a Green Monsoon Cloud

Green Teas
Hari Muskan = which translates into a Green Smile
Hari Talvar = A Green sword
