Hi, from over in the UK. I have been out today at the local market and got some fish and did not want to though any of it out. Then I found your fish head soup and thought I would give it a go :) it now 1.30 in the morning but I have made the best soup in the world. Thank you very much. Love Sarah and family xXx

@Newley1111 WOW, thank you Sarah & family, that's great, great to hear from you.Actually I'm just in the middle of filleting fish & keeping the frames for tom yum soup & the larger heads for fish head curry or similar to this video.I took my grandson out, he caught the biggest one.WOW, love to you & your family also xXx.I hope you catch up on that lost sleep :) take care. cheers4now

The eye balls have really good nutrients in them.. don't want to miss out on eating at least one of them.. lol

@tiffyj85 Thanks for that, i get to eat all the eyes, lol, i just don't eat the part that goes white & chalky. I've been telling people for a long time that the head is the best part of a fish, not just for the meat, but for everything except the bones, a food scientist told me that most of the fishes omega3 is in the head, wings & stomach flap area, the part a lot of people discard. anyway, thanks again, cheers

@cheeco8 Thanks for that cheeco, I'm not sure I'd be able to cope with that. Do you use any fish heads over there? I've been making a lot of fish stock lately & making soup with it in this cold weather. My second last upload is a fish stock video. I'm on a mission to inspire people not to throw the best part of the fish away, the part with most of the good stuff. thanks again cheeco. take care. cheers for now.
