I'm sorry for the confusion, i made this video before youtube got updated. What you really have to do is go to Account on the top right of your screen and then it will show your profile picture. then all you have to do is click on change image located below it and upload your new image! I will be uploading a new one soon. Again, sorry for the confusion.
