Mohammed Rafi is great and music director of this song if I am not wrong its S.D.Burman. The thing is melodies like this are not at all heard now a days. In those time all ustaads of music use to sing now among them only Manna Dey is left. THE LAST LIVING LEGEND.

This song was composed by the legend composer RD Burman. That time he was under 18. Though the lead music composer of this film (Pyaasa) was his genius dad SD Burman.
