The salary and bonuses of a CEO is typically equal to the pay of 8 nurses. 8 nurses can take care of 40 patients in one day. What a CEO does is equal to that? Of course not. High paid CEOs don't bring talent, they bring corruption to hospitals. What we need is doctors and nurses not more management. Doctors and nurses can manage themselves perfectly.

so keep incentives but drop base salary. if you want to make over 500k a year go work for corporation.
