It's all about how much you wanna make it, and if you got enthusiasm you get there, but if you work as a security guard, what do you end up getting? dude all these restaurants that you love wouldn't nothing without schools like this

Tuition was about $17,000 when I attended back in the late 90's. Biggest waste of money in the world. Save your money and attend a real cooking school, The CIA.

Ha! Chef Hutch, how are your Rocky Mountain Oysters my friend? lol, yah, people are calling from all over the country to get their hands on the Culinary Graduates, so they can offer them $10 bucks an hour.. Might as well be a Security Guard, you make just as much money and work 1/4 as hard..
