The president of mexico said that 99% of the police force is legit and that this is the 1% that abused there power, i live in san ysidro and most of my family lives in tijuana so i cross the border about 2 times a week to see my family...and i can personally tell you from experience that its a lie...all of the police in mexico are corrupt, especially the ones in tijuana...i have been arested 2 times already in tijuana by those corrupt dogs...and i am telling you right now that if you are a whit
