--this cival war cannon is at the Chickamauga Battlefield. The 5,200 acre Chickamauga Battlefield, scene of the last major Confederate victory of the Civil War in 1863, contains numerous monuments, historical tablets, wayside exhibits, and trails. Major points of interest can be reached by following the seven-mile auto tour. The Visitor Center includes exhibits, a bookstore, and the Claud E. and Zenada O. Fuller Collection of American Military Shoulder Arms. it was too big to explore for me in one day!

Its all good, eveyone has their cliches. I too have great respect for history, but I also don't see a need in flipping out on a guy who is just having a little fun. With all due respect sir, If if wasn't for guys like you doing the reenactments, our heritage would be forgotten. Thank you.

ok admitted i may come across a lil harsh about this but when you have the hobby that i have you tend to look at things like this a bit different lets say just for instance you have a hobby such as collecting baseball cards ( yes i used to until i lost them in a house fire) and you were on you tube and seen someone totally destroying an original card worth a lot of money would you get angry or just be indifferent about the deal i tend to go off about things like this my apologies if i offended u

kix, one thing, i'm sure hundreds of children and tourist over the years have had their pictures taken on that cannon in the past. that cannon can't be hurt when somebody sits on it. its mounted to the ground for protection along with other parts.
