My Conversion Confirmation

Just over a year ago I posted my first Youtube video entitled "My Conversion to Atheism". To date it has received over 100,000 views and almost 8,000 comments. In all that time and with all those discussions what have we learnt?

There are so many points to cover it is impossible to fit them into a 10 minute slide show. I have had to be ruthless in culling the points down, so no where near everything I wanted to say is here. I expect these points will occur in the comments section.

@IschysDynamis If god exists as your tiny little mind imagines and hopes for - you will be burning in hell with the rest of us heathens. I personally almost hope that your view is correct as nothing would give me more pleasure than to see the look on your idiotic face when you arrive. Sadly, this won't happen for I know the true saving grace which only the Flying Spaghetti Monster can provide. His noodle love extends to all who open their mouth to his wisdom - except idiot Christians.

@IschysDynamis You just claimed to be an atheist at one point in time. Currently you are claiming to be some type of christian. An atheist does not believe in the existence of god. The christian god is triune in nature. The holy spirit is part of that triune god. Blasphemy against the holy spirit is the only 'unforgivable' sin one can commit. If you were an atheist as you claimed - then you blasphemed the holy spirit by rejecting the idea of any god existing and your going to hell regardless.

somedays i wish i could believe like so many others, in God. but i can't. telling me to believe in religion is like handing me a square and telling me in a circle. it doesnt matter how much you try to convince me its a circle, it will always be a square.

@nickschmitt You become an Atheist by Rejecting the existence of God entirely. I'm a Deist as well, and my oppinion on revealed religion is quite low as well, even though I do believe Jesus and Buhdda existed, and I hold them in high regard as great philosophers of the ancient times (The same way I regard Thales, Socrates and other great western and eastern Philosophers).
