IRS tells us the richest 10% derives most of their income on Capital Gains, Dividends & Interest.
Bush lowered the tax rate on these to 15% & the Budget Deficit soared as the rich paid a lower tax rate than the middle class.
NOW RYAN WANTS TO LOWER THE TAX RATE ON CAP GAINS, DIVIDENDS & INTEREST TO ZERO!
This will put an even bigger burden on the middle class...those making below $200k

If I could pay 13.9%, I'd be getting several thousand back, but I'm not rich like Romney, so I have to pay thousands in.

@DillonDee1 Do you just go to every video where conservatives debate liberals and comment with namecalling? Why can't you just give us the numbers and actually treat us conservatives like human beings? Yeah, I'm your enemy in politics and probably a lot of other areas, and I want all liberals out of office because I know it would benefit the American people, but with all the calls from the liberal media to be "civil" to one another, why is is that you can't seem to manage that?
