In addition to teaching therapeutic yoga, Mysore Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, she has taught some of Hollwyood's most beautiful and influential individuals. She was also one of Jivamukti Yoga's first students and teachers.

Hi Kiki... Thank you sharing the video of Udhyana Bandha with us. I am a youtube fan of all your videos. Unfortunately, I could not understand how to do the last part of which is "10 pulses, 10 breaths". I would be grateful if you could explain how to pulse (upwards or inwards -- after inhaling or exhaling ) and how many times we need to repeat these movements in a row. Cheers. inhale/exhale - hold the breath out - pulse 10 times. Inhale/exhale hold the breath out- pulse 10 times. all together, 10 repetitions. The pulse if sucked deep INSIDE to the low belly, wishing a 2012 of health and happiness...any more questions or clarifications, please ask, Kiki
