Excellent transverse plane exercise, the Rotational Squat. Performed on the Vortex Pro-Trainer.
Coaching Cues(right to left):
•Drop hips at beginning of rep
•Hips are the "driver" (not arms or lower back)
•Drive through right hip (up and thru)
•Rotation comes from t-spine
•Finish high, right arm extended
