i hate when people say i'm a hipster because i don't listen to mainstream music. i just like this music. if it were mainstream i would still love it. who gives a crap? if the stones, the beatles, velvet underground, led zeppelin, etc. were once considered pop, then we're ALL MAINSTREAM in some way. get over it. we just live in a world where it's rare to see mainstream quality. it doesn't mean we should purposefully stay away from anything that is. we have to stop being so stubborn and accept it.
