People don't get video, its about a world where you can replace people with clones or machines. The guy being videod at the start is the main girl's ex boyfriend. He has left her and replaced her with that girl he enters the subway with, who's a clone/robot. The main girl makes a video of her ex and sends it away, later receiving her replacement boyfriend in the post. But, he wants to be free, so he leaves. When you are finished with the clone/robot things, you inject them in the dot on neck.
