Hey, I boiling some peanuts right now. I actually bought them unshelled and raw. I soaked them for 12 hrs and now I am boiling them with a whole bunch of different spices (cayenne, red pepper, etc.) as well as a couple cut up jalapenos and hot sauce.
As I understand, these peanuts don't do too well during storage and I don't like freezing food and dethawing later... I was wondering how the boiled peanuts would do after being put in a dehydrator...
any experience?
