  • you need to get sum dick into that diet around 9-10pm an then swallow some protein for muscular an neurological development.

  • @BeepimajeepBeep yeah I know, but its so much better to eat healthy along with exercise instead of just exercise and not change my diet.. I guess that's what I want. Giving up meat is something im trying to do, who knows how long that it'll last haha

  • @Its0mar as long as you are running and are active it doesnt matter where you get your food, although a better diet can enhance results

  • I want to start a vegan diet, my current diet consists of wayy too much meat and unhealthy things. I don't know where to get most of the healthy foods though, and no one else my family really cares about trying to buy healthy things for me xD
