Love the hair :D!. this time because its a full face view, pull the shoulders out so that its longer than the width of the face, it makes it more portportional along with the neck- usuallly it's not thin but kind of even really or maybe it's just me xD. And if I'm correct there's a select wand in photoshop, it'll help you color easier. Also don't be afraid to add some creases and ruffles into the shirt to give some texture and make it more realistic? ideekay. It's cute tho :D.
