In case anybody is wondering, I had this conversion done at Right Time Watches in Highlands Ranch, CO. If you have a JSAR with the ISA 1198 quartz movement, this conversion is basically plug and play except for the seconds hand, which in some cases needs to be broached to .25 mm. Mine did not require broaching.
