I've been trying to replicate the "Dark Side of Oz" effect using all of the other movies and music out there. This is a sample of what happened when I mixed the movie The Number 23 with the album Minutes To Midnight from Linkin Park.
the flash back and the transition of the songs seem to syncronize... its cool that you are trying to find another dark side of the moon/wizzard of oz effect... i hope you find it! and then share it :P
on the beginnig of this video with the song shadow of the day theres a moment were the song plays: "sometimes illusions are so simple" and it actually synchs really good and didn't noticed another part but with the one that i noticed you can even see when he moves his lips like the phrase that says "sometimes illusions are so simple"
my mom laughed at carrey's acting near the ending

There were a couple parts that matched up really well and others not so much. Cool vid tho, it reminded me of Silent Hill on PS2.

I agree. There's only one bit where they appear to synchronize (the transition between the songs). It's still kinda funny though-

Althought the album and movie were both released in 2007- I don't see much of a connection here.
