It's race realism in that there are distinct physical and intellectual differences between races that you'd have to be blind to not see.

Finally, the only way you'll ever equalize IQ differences between Blacks and Asians is if you stopped educating Asians. You acknowledged the obvious physical differences, now hopefully the former too, yet, you don't get to decide the differences, they don't stop at the physical side, there are innate intellectual differences that will always be present.

As it isn't a "rule," course culture is a massive effect, if someone practices enough they can become good at anything. Yes, individuals of all races are variable, the reality is blacks will outperform whites at the elite level in sprinting, likewise whites will outperform blacks in the elite level of weightlifting, this crosses over into intellect too.

No doubt there are blacks with gifted/genius IQ: not an exception to the "rule," you will always find more Asians/Whites with such an IQ. Cont.

Blacks have fast twitch muscle fibers and inelastic tendons. Blacks are Basketball players, Olympic sprinters, whites are Olympic swimmers, weightlifters... Because of genetics.

I like this video. The White racists are particularly angered at Criss because they cannot stand to see a beautiful White woman with liberal views make anti-racist arguments.
