Public Advocate and perennial candidate for public office has made his video release on John Jack Kelly. Omar Dyer has lobbied for the people of Jersey City -- saved jobs, and advocated for services in Jersey City to be protected. And whenever jobs are on the line public advocate Omar Dyer will defend the people of Jersey City.
