Rattled by the move by Kofi Annan to submit the Waki list to the international criminal court in the Hague, the cabinet converged at State House, Nairobi, for a meeting that has been described by sources as intense. For six hours, ministers deliberated on various issues around the Waki envelope with sources saying debate revolved around the question of whether or not a local tribunal should be established. Ministers could not reach an agreement on two draft bills presented by Justice minister Mutula kilonzo seeking to put in place a local tribunal. The meeting ended without clear resolutions and a second meeting is scheduled for Monday next week.

A bunch of self-serving, greedy, repulsive, ruthlessly corrupt idiots! When will Kenyans ever stand up to their ruling class? When will they ever realise that they are just pawns being manipulated by their so called leaders? It is they that divide you, incite you, impoverish you, and strike the fear of insecurity into you. This once wonderful Kenya has been dragged through the mud because of them and is now sadly a regional let alone international embarrassment!

Hollier than thao attitudem yes, the Hague option will redeem Kenya or Justice truth and reconcilliation. Nothing less. Local tribunal is only meant for Ruto and Kales which will be met by total resistance similar to Nandi resistance of the British.
